Believe it or not, hundreds of good and responsible folks just like you all across the US have been foreclosed upon and are now discovering that they can confront and challenge their so-called "lenders" and win.  It is rapidly becoming common knowledge that the banking industry who is pushing you and your family out of your home and claiming it as theirs, is precisely the same group that created the global financial crisis in the first place…which financial mess has cost you your job and/or severely  curtailed your earning potential to the extent of having to move onto the street (by an entity that you funded with your loan debt, and that you helped bail-out of the mess that they created…with your tax dollars).

 

Here's the nutshell version of what we purport to be able to do for you…

The Process:

·         Your property is first placed into an inter vivos  title-holding trust (for asset protection purposes…the cost of which trust set up is included in your fully refundable $7,995 Trust Beneficiary's Contingency Fund once the trust has been established.

·         Your loan is then set for forensic audit (again with no additional cost to you)

·         All errors and omissions discovered are carefully itemized and your lender is challenged (no additional costs) relative to their right to foreclose or evict (in 80% of 80,000,000 loans in the US there is rampant error, omission, forgery and blatant fraud.

·         Most of such challenges are handled administratively (i.e., without litigation); however, if litigation were to become necessary there still is no additional cost to you (other than possible local document recording or filing fees

·         In the end, the property is deeded to you, and obtaining clear title has not been a problem with any of the transactions we've completed thus far.

Note that we've been successful in virtually every challenge made thus far; and in the unlikely event that we would fail in our handling of your mortgage amelioration, your trust is revoked at your behest and your posted Contingency Fund is promptly returned to you in full.

 

The End Result:

Once your existing over encumbered (UNDERWATER) mortgage financing is expunged, the trust will impose a lien on the property (i.e., moneys due to the co-beneficiaries) at its true and honest current value. At that point, we will ask that you arrange to pay us half (50%) of the amount of that new lien at that time (i.e., we will assist you in obtaining a 50% LTV loan, which will like be an asset-based "hard money" type loan).  The remaining 50% of the verified property value will be carried by us without payments or interest accumulation, and may be paid to us on a dollar-for-dollar (no %i) basis at any time within the five (5) year term of the trust.

Bear closely in mind that in this amelioration process…we intend to retain the preponderance of the equity that we've created by our actions: though all other benefits are solely yours …

·         You retain 100% percent of the property's use, occupancy and possession. 

·         You retain 100% of any future appreciation, and any equity build-up that would occur from mortgage principal reduction. 

·         You retain 100% of any and all income tax write-off for mortgage interest and property taxes;

·         You retain 100% of any income you might derive from the property during the term of our agreement.

In other words: We neither take nor expect anything from you in the process that you already enjoyed prior to our handling.  We merely eliminate your over-encumbrance and reduce your payments and assist in saving your home for you.  Consider the process as being analogous to refinancing your home at its true current value, while your payment, based only on your new 50% loan, is drastically reduced…without credit qualifying or exorbitant cash outlay.

 Commercial, industrial and SFR income property mortgages are handled in virtually the same manner with the same degree of success.
